Payments are processed via Telegram Stars (XTR). The Partner/referral program pays out as free-audit credits, not cash.
Your paid audit (valuation result and PDF certificate) is digital content delivered immediately upon payment, not on a tangible medium. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases — except where you have expressly requested immediate delivery and expressly acknowledged that doing so ends that right once delivery begins (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); equivalent UK regulations). The bot's payment invoice states this explicitly — proceeding to pay there is your express request for immediate delivery and your acknowledgment that the withdrawal right ends once your result is delivered. Outside the EU/EEA/UK, no statutory withdrawal right applies and the refund terms below govern instead.
Automatic full refund if the AI cannot identify a valid game account in your screenshots, or a technical error prevents delivery. Contact @GameAccountValue_Bot within 7 days for other issues. This is separate from, and does not replace, the EU/EEA/UK withdrawal right above.
