Supercell announced the Clash-O-Ween season “Cosmic Curse: Portal Panic” on October 1, 2026; it runs through October 31.
What’s new
Portal Panic Medal Event, October 8–25, Town Hall 6 and up: Sour Elixir collected in battles unlocks rewards and Rift Medals, which buy the new Portal Pendant — Epic Equipment for Minion Prince — in the Trader Shop (open through October 27).
Gold Pass, October 1–31: the season’s exclusive Hero Skin is Shroud Queen, with Ghost Champion as the alternate option.
Hero Skins arriving during the month: Savage King (October 5), Nasty Prince (October 7), Terror Champion (October 9), Behemoth Duke (October 11) and Spider Warden (October 13); the Cosmic Portals XL Scenery from October 3.
A temporary troop, Totem Thrower, joins for the season, and cosmetics from the 2025 Cosmic Curse return on October 15.
What it means for account value
Hero Equipment and Hero Skins stay on the account, so they add to what an account shows. Town Hall level and how complete the heroes are for that level remain the main value drivers in our research; seasonal skins are a secondary detail.

Clash of Clans August update: Diggy levels 11–15 and the Gold Pass from Town Hall 3

What’s new
Town Hall 18: the Diggy pet gets levels 11–15; the Builder’s Hut and the Monolith get new supercharge levels.
The Starter Pass is retired: Season Challenges and the Gold Pass are now available from Town Hall 3, with rewards scaled by Town Hall level.
Ruin Knight no longer loses health over time; Ruin Witch summons 10 Ruin Knights instead of 8.
Clan War League modifiers in the Titan leagues were adjusted.
What it means for account value
Town Hall level and hero and pet levels drive Clash of Clans account value in our research. New maximum levels at Town Hall 18 mean a “maxed” account now needs more upgrades than before the update.
